Changing A Tire - Blindfolded!

The 12th Annual Barber Vintage Festival was bigger and better than ever!  Beautiful blue skies over perfect 80 degree weather highlighted a great weekend of racing, bike shows, vendors, swap meet action and stunt riding.  Check out this clip of Steve Nemish from No-Mar Tire Changer demonstrating how easy it is to change a tire on their machine.  So easy, in fact, he can do it blindfolded!  Watch here: Blindfolded Tire Changing Demo

Barber Vintage Festival

The 12th Annual Barber Vintage Festival will take place October 7-9, 2016 just outside of Birmingham, AL.  This has become the premier vintage and classic motorcycle event in the country with over 70,000 enthusiasts expected to attend.  AHRMA racing, vendors, a swap meet and, of course, the Motorcycle Classics Bike Show with Ducati as the featured marque this year.  And, if that's not enough, save some time to tour the incredible Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum.  Make your plans now to be there, you'll be glad you did!

2017 AiMExpo Just Around the Corner

If you haven't been to the AiMExpo, you don't know what you're missing.  Remember the old Dealer Expo in Indianapolis?  Well, get it out of there and put it in sunny Orlando, FL for starters.  Then amp it up about ten times.  Now you're getting the idea.  It's coming up fast, just a month away.  October 13-14 if you are a dealer, October 15-16 for the general public.  Yup, it's patterned after the European format.  I'll be there, checking out the latest and greatest bikes, accessories and gear.  You should be too.  Here's a look at last year's show.  See you there...

Anamosa Hill Climb

If you are in the Midwest part of the country, check out the Midwest Hillclimber's 66th Annual Hill Climb this Sunday in Anamosa, IA.  And while you're at it, stop by the National Motorcycle Museum where you can see everything from a 1912 Pierce Four to a 1952 Vincent Rapide Touring - Series C to the Evel Knievel X2 Rocket Bike.  Too much fun, I say!

Motorcycle Classics' Ride 'Em Don't Hide 'Em Getaway

Just had to share the incredible fun we had at the inaugural Motorcycle Classics' Ride 'Em Don't Hide 'Em Getaway event held at Seven Springs (PA) Resort the first weekend of August.  Two days of riding classic bikes through beautiful two lane backroads in southwest Pennsylvania and West Virginia.  Not to mention plenty of opportunities to eat and drink.  Oh, and did I mention ogling classic bikes and swapping tall tales?  Eighty-three folks took part, braved the rain and fog, and had a blast riding and getting to know one another.  Here are some examples of the fun:

The group at Cooper's Rock State Park

Lunch in Morgantown, WV

The sag wagon - in the fog!

Watch for it again next year.  I guarantee you won't be disappointed!
